(Thompson Larson Funeral Home), and Cathy Tweten (Dakota Square Mall).

Hollingsworth is vice president and chief operating officer at Northern Tier Federal Credit Union. Originally from Pennsylvania,  he came to the area via the U.S. Air Force and retired in Minot in 2006 after 24 years of military service. He holds multiple degrees in logistics, human resources, and management.  Hollingsworth has over 20 years of logistics and management experience, four years as a recruiter, and 11 years in finance.  In the community, he has served as a sports official, and currently umpires softball for the Northern Sun Intercollegiate
Conference and North Dakota USA Softball. He and his wife of more than 34 years, Mindy, have three adult children and two granddaughters.

McElwain is the construction division manager for Ackerman-Estvold. He has been with the company since its beginning in 2003, where he is also one of a group of owners. Additionally, he farms with his brother in the Max area. McElwain is a member of the Colin Brown Y’s Mens, chairman of the YMCA building committee, a member of the YMCA board of directors, and serves as current chair of the Chamber’s
infrastructure Committee. He and his wife Holly have one son, James, who is a sophomore at Central Campus and is involved in numerous
sports activities.

Prough, general manager of Ryan Chevrolet, is a lifelong native of Minot. A 1996 graduate of Bishop Ryan High School, she received her bachelor’s degree from Minot State University in 2008. Throughout school, she continued to devote herself to learning the ins and
outs of the car business, something she’s done since she was 15 years old. That on-the-job training at Ryan Family
Dealerships included graduating from the NADA Academy in 2006, which put her in position to take on a greater leadership role in the organization.  She and her husband, Shane are proud — and very busy — parents of five young boys: Michael, Jack, Thomas,
Charlie and Daniel.

Slind, a life-long Minot resident, has been a licensed funeral director since 2001, and a member of the Thompson-Larson Funeral Home professional staff of licensed funeral directors since June of 2004. As of Aug. 1, he also became coowner of Thompson-Larson Funeral
Home.  Slind graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Minot State University, then completed his applied associates degree in Funeral Service Education from Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, OR, in 2001. He also specializes in helping
make pre-arrangements for funerals or for those of loved ones. in 2008, Ben attained his North Dakota insurance Producers License and has assisted numerous people in setting up a life insurance policy or funeral trust account.  Slind and his wife, Jennifer, have two
daughters: Eve and Avery.

As assistant general manager at Dakota Square, Tweten is a Minot native who has worked in retail for the past 18 years and for Dakota Square’s owner, CBL & Associates, since 2012. Although ownership of the mall has changed many times, she has worked in leasing and management for most of her years in the industry. Tweten attended Minot State University and is also a past graduate of the Chamber’s Community Leadership institute. She earned the professional SLD designation from iCSC and has received numerous awards for achievements
from CBL Properties and Associates. She is an active participant and contribitor to local events.  Tweten has three children: Christopher,
