ND State Fair July 21 - 29

In a little less than a month, North Dakota’s largest annual event will captivate the city of Minot with exciting entertainment, food, fun, rides, education, and more. The competitive exhibits, carnival, commercial vendors and more will fill the Fairgrounds with fun. One of the biggest draws of the North Dakota State Fair is always the Grandstand lineup.

The ND State Fair has booked an incredibly talented country lineup for 2017. Little Big Town, Brothers Osborne, Thomas Rhett, Lonestar, and Jason Aldean fill out the Country Showpass with amazing talent. Just this year, this group of artists has won five CMT awards in 2017. For just $110, you can see all of the country acts, the Enduro Race, and new this year, The Western Grand National Truck and Tractor Pull.

The Saturday night concerts this year are Fergie and Paramore. Fergie returns to the magic city on Saturday, July 22. Paramore performs in Minot for the first time and they are bringing X Ambassadors with them to close out the Fair on Saturday, July 29.

The North Dakota State Fair features nine nights of Grandstand entertainment, the state’s largest carnival, 600 booths of shopping, livestock and horse events and all the Fair food you can eat.  The State Fair also prides itself on being extremely family-friendly and a great bargain. Each year, the fair provides more than 12 stages of free entertainment.  highlights for 2017 include Captain Arr', Lexi Wyman, the Extreme Raptor Show, Flippen’ Out, and of course, Daryl’s Racing Pigs.  The best deal on the Fairgrounds is the Season Gate Pass. If you plan on attending the Fair more than three days you can save money by purchasing your Season Gate Pass for $25!  For more information on all things Fair, check out the State Fair website at ndstatefair.com or call the State Fair office at 857-7620.
