Eagle Award for Excellent Customer Service
There's an old saying in management...."don't send your ducks
to eagle school." There are a lot of ducks in the world, and very few eagles...Eagles
can handle a variety of tasks and/or problems, and go out of their way to be
helpful. Eagles make customers feel special, and keep them coming back. No problem
is too great - they love the challenge!
The Chamber of Commerce feels the eagles of the world should be
applauded!
Criteria for nominations
- Cannot be an employee in same firm
- Need to list a specific circumstance for nominating an individual
- Nomination needs to be an individual, not a business or a team
- Take into consideration first impression, attitude, excelled above and beyond
expectations
- Due to the overwhelming response of this program, please limit nominations
to one per month

Minot Area Chamber of Commerce Above and Beyond Award
"Making the Minot community a better place to live and work"
Criteria for Above & Beyond Award
- Commendable community service project that makes the community a better
place to live and work.
- The service project must be above and beyond the core mission and day-to-day
activities of the organization. Projects that promote the primary mission
of the organization are not eligible.
- There is no direct financial gain to the organization nominated.
- Competition is for a particular project rather than an organization's compiled
list of community services.
- Consideration will be given to the magnitude of impact, participation by
"Eagle-minded" people, community spirit, community pride, innovation
and uniqueness.
